For more than 20 years, I’ve applied my training and experience in geomorphology to study sediment dynamics, river channels, shorelines, tidal channel formation, tidal flat evolution, and the interactions between fluvial and coastal processes and human-made structures. I’ve worked on a range of projects including several large-scale investigations with an Environmental Assessment component for large port developments, such as the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project proposed for the Fraser River Delta, BC. I have also developed sustainable shoreline management options to solve local issues. I enjoy working at NHC because we have a truly collaborative team environment. In my time off, I love exploring the forest and mountains on foot, bicycle, and skis.
