I have worked in the Seattle office since 2001 on projects primarily located in western Washington, but have travelled to Tennessee, Michigan, California, Alaska, and even Bangladesh for NHC. I love the relationships I have been able to establish, both with our clients and my coworkers. My educational background and early efforts were focused on physical modelling, but my focus now is on hydraulic design and assessment leveraging numerical models. Recently, I led company efforts to incorporate UAVs (drones) into our work. I’m a sports enthusiast and love coaching kids in many sports, but especially soccer. I’m also hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in sections and will complete the Washington section this year.
