NHC is searching for an entry-level Marketing/Proposal Assistant to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a sometimes fast-paced, deadline-driven (and fun!) environment. This position will work with our marketing team and technical staff to assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, marketing materials, website and social media posts, and provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent writing, editing, organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat (experience with InDesign and Photoshop would be a plus)
